Students can<br /> find over 1,500+ international scholarships to study in over 40+ countries including the UK, the USA, Canada,<br /> Australia, France, Germany, and more.<br /> We at Uniacco are looking for a high-performing Supply Manager who can help us in onboarding the product<br /> portfolio and manage the master data on a day-to-day basis and ensuring data quality and integrity.You will be<br /> responsible for crafting seasonal plans to keep the portfolio updated, process automation, product changes<br /> requirement and research for other jurisdictions.<br /> Roles and responsibilities:<br /> ● The AVP Sales will be the sole custodian for revenue generation in the team.<br /> ● Develop and implement sales strategies to onboard new clients for each state; set monthly targets for<br /> the team be accountable for month on month / quarter on quarter target<br /> ● Gather market/competitor intelligence from Regional Sales Managers, create competitor<br /> benchmarking and design action plans for the brands.<br /> ● Think critically about sales data and recommend new and scalable strategies to improve both sales<br /> and revenue numbers.<br /> ● Responsible for analyzing, structuring and solving select business problems across verticals.<br /> ● Actively track the activities and performance of the sales team along with keeping a course of various<br /> key sales metrics like expense controls, revenue achievements from each region etc.<br /> ● P&L Management - Understanding the financial objectives of the company and taking execution<br /> ownership of the complete P&L of the sales team with a view of maximizing revenue and minimizing<br /> expenditure.<br /> ● Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.<br /> ● Build a strong pipeline. Proactively and accurately manage opportunity pipeline<br /> ● Draft detailed and accurate sales reports.<br /> ● Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals.<br /> ● Assess costs, competition, and supply and demand to identify winning strategies.<br /> ● Estimate sales volume and profit for current and new products.<br /> ● Work closely with cross functional teams to deliver results<br /> ● Achieve high CSAT ratings by exceeding customer expectations<br /> ● Propose and present solutions that align to prospects' and/or clients' needs, goals and objectives.<br /> Required Skills:<br /> ● Aggressive in approach self-starter self-motivated<br /> ● Business acumen and ability to work in a matrixed environment<br /> ● Analytical mindset, problem-solving, and organization skills<br /> ● Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close<br /> ● Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable<br /> solutions<br /> Eligibility<br /> ● Premium College - Either B Tech/MBA<br /> ● Work Experience: Minimum 5 Years
