Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and passionate Puzzle Design Creator to join our team as a Content Creator. In this role, you will be responsible for designing engaging puzzles using Canva, tailoring difficulty levels to foster student skill development, and collaborating closely with our AI team to analyze feedback and enhance puzzle quality. You will also play a key role in testing puzzles, incorporating improvements, and supporting the expansion of our international competitions. Responsibilities

• Create engaging and original puzzles using Canva, ensuring visual appeal and educational value.
• Design and implement various difficulty levels to support the progressive skill development of students.
• Collaborate with the AI team to analyze user feedback and integrate insights into puzzle improvement.
• Test puzzles for clarity, challenge, and enjoyment, incorporating suggested enhancements.
• Support initiatives for expanding puzzle-based competitions internationally.
• Maintain consistent puzzle themes and quality across all outputs.
• Assist with content creation for social media and promotional campaigns as needed.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated passion for puzzles, brain teasers, and educational content.
• Proficient Canva skills, with a keen eye for design, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and creative thinking.
• Interest in education, psychology, or related fields.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a relevant degree (such as Education, Psychology, Graphic Design, or related disciplines).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Canva Animation and Canva for Social Media.
• Familiarity with graphic design principles and branding.
• Previous experience creating educational or puzzle content.
• Knowledge of international education systems or competitions.
• Basic understanding of AI feedback systems or educational data analysis.

Experience

• Minimum Experience: 0 years (Freshers welcome).
• Relevant experience in Canva design, content creation, or educational material development is a plus.

Environment

• Remote work arrangement.
• Contract Duration: 3-6 months.
• Flexible 8 hours/day commitment.
• Full-time and part-time options available.
• Location: Mumbai (preferred, but remote role).

Salary

• ₹60,000 - ₹70,000 total for the contract.
• Monthly pay up to ₹5,000 (target-based).
