Architect
Job Summary
The Architect will play a vital role in our Analytics & Insights Managed Services team, delivering a blend of industry expertise, technology, and data management to optimize our clients' business performance. This position is focused on transforming the approach to enterprise solutions and architecture, empowering organizations to enhance their capabilities while ensuring robust governance and design of complex, multi-domain solutions.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Strategy & Governance: Define enterprise standards for application, data, and infrastructure architecture across hybrid and multi-cloud landscapes.
- Solution & Application Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design of mission-critical applications, microservices, and integration platforms utilizing SOA, API-first, and event-driven patterns.
- Data & Analytics Architecture: Architect data lakes, warehouses, and real-time analytics pipelines, implementing robust data governance and metadata management in collaboration with stewardship teams.
- Cloud & Infrastructure Expertise: Design scalable, secure solutions on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) using IaaS, PaaS, and serverless services.
- Integration & API Management: Define API management frameworks and architect event-streaming solutions for low-latency integrations.
- DevOps & Automation: Champion CI/CD pipelines and promote automated testing, observability, and resilience in deployments.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience:
- 10–15 years of progressive experience in enterprise architecture, solution design, or related consulting roles.
- Technical Skills:
- End-to-end design across Master Data, Data Platforms, Middleware, and Cloud (Azure/GCP/Oracle Cloud).
- Proficiency in Python, PySpark, SQL, and Data Modeling.
Preferred Skills
- Education:
- Master’s degree in enterprise architecture, Systems Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Preferred Fields of Study:
- Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science/Analytics, Business Administration.
Experience
- A minimum of 10 to 15 years in relevant roles with a strong focus on enterprise architecture and solution design.
