Paid Advertising Management:<br /> - Plan, execute, and monitor Google Ads campaigns to promote podcast content on YouTube and other relevant platforms.<br /> - Monitor campaign performance, optimize targeting parameters, and adjust bidding strategies to maximize ROI.<br /> <br /> 3. Audience Analysis and Insights:<br /> - Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, social<br /> media insights) to track key performance metrics and audience demographics.<br /> - Generate actionable insights from data analysis to inform content strategy and campaign optimization.<br /> <br /> 4. Content Promotion and Distribution:<br /> - Collaborate with content creators to develop promotional assets (e.g., trailers, teasers, graphics) for episodes.<br /> - Coordinate cross-promotion initiatives with relevant partners and influencers to expand audience reach.<br /> <br /> 5. Community Engagement:<br /> - Foster a vibrant and engaged community around content through active participation in relevant online forums, social media groups, and community platforms.<br /> - Respond to audience feedback and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to cultivate a loyal listener base.<br /> <br /> Qualifications and Skills:<br /> - Bachelor&#39;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.<br /> - Proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in the digital media or podcasting industry.<br /> - Proficiency in Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms.<br /> - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.<br /> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<br /> - Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.<br /> - Familiarity with Indian market dynamics and cultural nuances is a plus.</span></span><br /> &nbsp;</div> </div> </div> </div>
