Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director – Supply Chain to lead cost optimization, process improvement, and efficiency enhancement across our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building high-performing teams, designing and implementing supply chain strategies, and establishing robust SOPs to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement end-to-end supply chain strategies to drive efficiency, cost reduction, and scalability.

• Design, standardize, and implement SOPs across procurement, production, inventory management, logistics, and distribution.

• Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and reduce waste.

• Build and mentor a high-performing supply chain team aligned to organizational goals.

• Partner with factory and head office leadership to align supply chain practices with business growth strategies.

• Drive vendor management, sourcing efficiency, and negotiation to ensure cost competitiveness.

• Leverage data and analytics for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and supply chain optimization.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards in all supply chain processes.

Key Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in manufacturing, packaging, or related industries.

• Demonstrated success in cost optimization, operational efficiency, and process improvement.

• Strong expertise in building and implementing SOPs across supply chain functions.

• Proven leadership in building and managing high-performing teams.

• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.

• Excellent stakeholder management and vendor negotiation skills.

• Based in Bangalore, with willingness to work closely across both HSR (HQ) and Whitefield (Factory).
