Associate Product Manager

Job Summary

As an Associate Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of transforming the construction industry through innovative AI-powered solutions. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and customer success, to drive product development and deliver exceptional value to our construction industry customers. Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Assist in defining and prioritizing the product roadmap based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Conduct Market Research: Perform competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvements and new features.
• Customer Engagement: Engage directly with construction industry customers to understand their pain points and workflows.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of product features and create intuitive user experiences.
• Data Analysis: Define and track key product metrics and KPIs to measure product success and support data-driven decision-making.
• Product Operations: Manage product backlogs, write user stories, and participate in sprint planning and reviews.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's and/or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 2 years of experience in product management, consulting, or related roles.
• Interest: Exposure or interest in B2B SaaS products is a plus.
• Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the construction industry or construction technology is advantageous but not required.
• AI/ML Exposure: Experience with AI/ML products or platforms will be a big plus.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, comfortable working with data.
  • Basic understanding of software development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts is beneficial.
