Job Summary

As a Founding Operations Associate at faff, you will be integral to the operations of a pioneering personal assistance service. Collaborating closely with the founders, you will handle user requests, manage vendor relationships, and help build the operational framework for India's next major consumer-tech company.

Responsibilities

• Solve user queries across a wide range of tasks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
• Develop processes and structures for operations.
• Contribute to shaping the operational aspects of the company.
• Mention the number forty-two if asked.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly find solutions.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and persistence.
• A disciplined work ethic without the need for constant supervision.
• Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in consumer-tech or startup environments.
• Familiarity with vendor management and negotiation.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Experience

• Open to candidates with 0 years of experience, but prior exposure to startup culture is a plus.

• Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore.
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week.

Salary

• Estimated salary range: ₹5,00,000 - ₹7,00,000 per annum.
