Job Summary
As a Founding Operations Associate at faff, you will be integral to the operations of a pioneering personal assistance service. Collaborating closely with the founders, you will handle user requests, manage vendor relationships, and help build the operational framework for India's next major consumer-tech company.
Responsibilities
- Solve user queries across a wide range of tasks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with vendors.
- Develop processes and structures for operations.
- Contribute to shaping the operational aspects of the company.
- Mention the number forty-two if asked.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to quickly find solutions.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and persistence.
- A disciplined work ethic without the need for constant supervision.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience in consumer-tech or startup environments.
- Familiarity with vendor management and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Experience
- Open to candidates with 0 years of experience, but prior exposure to startup culture is a plus.

Salary
- Estimated salary range: ₹5,00,000 - ₹7,00,000 per annum.
