Job Summary
The Assistant Manager – IT will support the planning, execution, and optimization of IT operations across the organization. This role requires a creative, innovative, and collaborative professional with strong technical capabilities and hands-on experience in modern IT tools, contributing to digital transformation, process automation, and system improvement initiatives within the company.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day IT operations, including system maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Oversee hardware, software, networks, and IT assets to ensure seamless functioning.
- Implement and monitor IT security measures, data backup, and system integrity.
- Explore and adopt emerging technologies, AI tools, and digital solutions to improve productivity.
- Lead small-scale automation projects using AI/ML tools, low-code/no-code solutions, or workflow automation platforms.
- Support the implementation, upgrades, and maintenance of business applications like ERP, CRM, and HRMS.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand IT needs and deliver creative technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, system configurations, and support activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (mandatory).
- A Master's in Computer Applications (MCA) or an MBA in IT or relevant specialization (preferred but not mandatory).
- 3–6 years of experience in IT operations, support, system management, or digital transformation roles.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, system administration, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity basics.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation platforms, modern collaboration tools, and recent tech innovations.
- Familiarity with enterprise applications like ERP, CRM, and HRMS.
Preferred Skills
- Understanding of scripting or basic programming.
- Ability to work seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.

Environment
