Aman and one other co-founder are taking care at the moment. Agencies, creative teams are existing.

Team: Support system in place, will be able to scale up the team as they grow

Strategy + execution, do the first couple of pilots themselves. Initially very hands on.

 

Sector: Someone from an app based set up, or proven problem solving aptitude from D2C

CTC: Open at the moment - 30-50L + ESOPs + Strong variable component
