<p>Arihant Capital Markets Ltd is seeking a dynamic and driven individual for the role of Vice President – Institutional</p>
<p>Sales. This is a high-impact individual contributor plus playing captain role, responsible for managing key institutional</p>
<p>client relationships, generating revenue through equity sales, and supporting the growth of the institutional equities</p>
<p>business. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of capital markets and a proven track record in</p>
<p>institutional sales.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities:-</p>
<p>Client Relationship Management</p>
<p>• Develop and manage relationships with domestic institutions including mutual funds, insurance companies,</p>
<p>PMS, AIFs, family offices, and treasury desks.</p>
<p>• Act as a trusted advisor to institutional clients by offering research-driven investment ideas and timely</p>
<p>market insights.</p>
<p>Sales Execution</p>
<p>• Actively pitch, sell, and execute institutional equity ideas backed by Arihant’s in-house research and strategic</p>
<p>views.</p>
<p>• Collaborate closely with research analysts to represent house views and identify actionable ideas.</p>
<p>• Manage end-to-end execution of equity trades in coordination with dealers and compliance.Team Leadership (Playing Captain Role)</p>
<p>• Mentor and support junior team members by guiding them in client handling, product understanding, and</p>
<p>revenue generation.</p>
<p>• Lead by example in meeting sales and revenue targets while contributing to team objectives.</p>
<p>Business Development</p>
<p>• Identify new institutional clients and increase wallet share from existing relationships.</p>
<p>• Participate in roadshows, conferences, and research presentations to promote the firm’s equity offerings.</p>
<p>Internal Coordination</p>
<p>• Work closely with the dealing desk, research team, and compliance to ensure timely and compliant delivery of</p>
<p>services to clients.</p>
<p>• Provide regular market feedback to research and strategy teams.</p>
<p>Candidate Profile :-</p>
<p>Professional Experience:-</p>
<p>• Experience: 8–12 years in Retail Broking Distribution/ Wealth Management / Wealth Advisory /</p>
<p>Investment Advisory, with at least 5+ years in a leadership position. Strong institutional client network in</p>
<p>India.</p>
<p>• Education: MBA (Finance) / CFA / CA / CFP or equivalent financial qualifications.</p>
<p>• Skills & Competencies:</p>
<p>▪ Excellent understanding of equity markets, research, and trading mechanisms.</p>
<p>▪ Proven track record of revenue generation and client acquisition.</p>
<p>▪ Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.</p>
<p>▪ High levels of ownership, initiative, and result orientation.</p>
