Job Summary

The AWS Support Specialist will be responsible for providing expert support and troubleshooting for AWS services, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, and Lambda.

  • Assist in the migration of applications to AWS cloud services.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in AWS support or cloud services.
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash).
  • Experience with cloud security best practices and compliance.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer).
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with monitoring and automation tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Terraform).
