Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Fulfillment Lead to manage and optimize our order fulfillment operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with logistics platforms like Shiprocket, Shopify for e-commerce management, and customer care tools such as DelightChat, Return Prime. This is a full-time, in-office role based in Noida, Sector 4.

Key Responsibilities:

• ●  Logistics and Order Fulfillment:

  • ○  Coordinate with Shiprocket to ensure timely and cost-effective shipping and

    delivery.

  • ○  Oversee the end-to-end order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy and

    efficiency.

  • ○  Implement and monitor SLAs for dispatch and delivery.

  • ○  Work with the production team to ensure everything ships in time and on

    budget

• ●  Customer Care Operations:

○ Ensure all returns and exchanges are tagged, QCed and managed excellently

• ●  Order Prioritization and Team Coordination:

  • ○  Prioritize orders based on urgency and special customer requests.

  • ○  Lead and train the fulfillment team to ensure high performance and efficiency.

• ●  Process Optimization:

  • ○  Continuously improve fulfillment processes to reduce costs and improve turnaround times.

  • ○  Work closely with the management team to align operational goals with business objectives.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    ● Experience:

  • ○  3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably with DTC brands.

  • ○  Hands-on experience with Shopify, Shiprocket and other courier partners.

    ● Skills:

  • ○  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • ○  Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

  • ○  Proven track record in managing warehouse and logistics operations.
