Job Description: Finance Controller Location: South Delhi
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Roles and Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for leading Financial Operations viz. Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Treasury, Taxation, Payroll, Governance and Controls.

  2. Responsible for anchoring monthly financial closing & driving financial hygiene of the books of accounts.

  3. Leading completion of statutory audits, internal audits, FDDs, LDDs and any other special assignment as may be required, as per timelines.

  4. Strengthening of internal controls and streamlining of various business processes & operations.

  5. Responsible for driving financial and non-financial controls at both Corporate and Plant level.

  6. Driving correct & timely invoicing and collections from the customers.

  7. Monitoring and Driving Working Capital Management and Funds Management.

  8. Responsible for relationship management with various bankers and lenders.

  9. Monitoring and ensuring adherence with various Debt & Equity covenants.

  10. Ensuring statutory compliances with respect to various laws / rules / regulations.

  11. Leading a team of 25+ team members and ensuring delivery of their KPIs, KRAs, career

    development & progression.

  12. Interaction with the key internal & external stakeholders regarding various governance,

    compliances & business operations related manners.

  13. Drivingbusinesswastereductionandoptimizationacrossvaluechainthruimplementation

    of robust Management Information Reporting System.

  14. Driving automation and simplification. Super user for SAP ERP system.

  15. Partnership CFO & Management Team on driving business growth and profitability thru

    various initiatives, workstreams and analysis.

  16. Undertaking any other activities as may be informed by CFO.

Experience:

a) Chartered Accountant with 12+ years of experience, preferably in a manufacturing organization, handling all aspects of financial operations.

  1. b)  Experience in Supply Chain Finance, Factory level accounting, Inventory Management, Branch Accounting & Management.

  2. c)  Experience of working in a fast-paced organization / start-up environment.

  3. d)  Proficiency in technical aspects of accounting.

  4. e)  Should have handled teams of atleast 20+ team members.
