Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced candidate with over 15 years of experience and a strong professional pedigree. The role requires a good understanding of Duration Funds and will report directly to the Chief Investment Officer (CIO), Prashant Pimple. The incumbent will be responsible for strategic investment decisions and optimizing portfolio performance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the CIO to develop and implement investment strategies focusing on Duration Funds.
• Analyze market trends and economic data to inform investment decisions.
• Monitor portfolio performance and provide regular updates to the CIO.
• Develop risk management strategies to mitigate potential investment risks.
• Consult with stakeholders from Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and the insurance sector to explore investment opportunities.

Qualifications

• Over 15 years of professional experience in investment management, preferably in liquid funds and not in duration funds
• Deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and risk management.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high-pressure environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) and in the insurance sector.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements pertaining to investments and securities.

Experience

• Minimum of 15 years in a relevant investment management role, with a demonstrated track record of performance.

• Compensation of up to 70 Lakhs Per Annum (LPA) on fixed pay, in addition to performance-based variable pay.
