Job Summary

We're seeking a technical professional who can bridge the gap between our engineering team and enterprise customers. You'll create comprehensive technical documentation, integration guides, and customer-facing collaterals while staying hands-on with our platform technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Create comprehensive technical documentation for cloud integrations and deployments.
  • Research and document cloud provider capabilities, limitations, and best practices.
  • Develop customer-facing integration guides, API documentation, and deployment templates.
  • Work hands-on with our platform to understand technical implementation details.
  • Create collaterals for sales and customer success teams.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to document new features and capabilities.
  • Develop video tutorials, technical blog posts, and knowledge base content.
  • Support customer onboarding with technical guidance and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation for multiple cloud providers (Azure, OCI, AWS, GCP).

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of technical writing, developer relations, or solutions engineering experience.
  • Strong technical background with the ability to understand complex distributed systems.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI) and their documentation.
  • Proficiency in creating technical content (documentation, tutorials, guides).
  • Understanding of enterprise software, APIs, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with developer tools, SDKs, and API documentation.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical concepts.
  • B2B enterprise software experience preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on development experience with cloud platforms or virtualization.
  • Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), remote desktop, or enterprise infrastructure.
  • Video creation, technical presentation, or conference speaking experience.
  • Understanding of Kubernetes, containers, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Previous developer relations or technical evangelism roles.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years in a relevant technical role.

Environment

  • Location: Bengaluru (In-office preferred).
