Key Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform

• Manage user access and identity lifecycle using Entra ID (Azure AD)

• Write and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administration and support operations

• Troubleshoot deployment issues and support incident resolution across M365 services

• Implement robust security and compliance controls including MFA and data loss prevention

• Lead or support migration projects (on-premises to cloud and tenant-to-tenant)

• Work collaboratively with internal IT to optimize the Microsoft 365 environment

Required Skills

• Deep knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive

• Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting and identity management via Entra ID

• Proficient in M365 security, governance, and compliance configurations

• Experience supporting hybrid cloud environments and complex migration efforts

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Certifications

Associate Level (Required):

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging, Teams, Endpoint, Identity & Compliance Administrator

Expert Level (Preferred):

• Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert
