Position Title: Software Engineer II<br />
Band/ Grade: RXBIN-1<br />
Department: Product / IT<br />
Reports to: Team Lead, Application Development<br />
Location: Hyderabad Office<br />
Job Type: Onsite<br />
Work Hours: 12pm – 9pm IST (daily overlap with US)<br />
Salary Range: 8 – 15 lakhs pa</div>

As a level II engineer, you will be responsible for creating the next generation of<br />
software at RxBenefits to support our rapidly growing business. You will also be</div>

Duties &amp;Responsibilities:<br />
Design, implement and deploy highly performant and scalable products<br />
and solutions.<br />
Manage complex requirements into executable chunks and deliver them<br />
iteratively with high quality.<br />
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex software defects and issues.<br />
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement product<br />
features and solutions.<br />
Conduct detailed code reviews and provide feedback as needed.<br />
Participate in and contribute to application/product design and architecture<br />
meetings.<br />
Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative environment.<br />
Deliver personal and team deadlines and goals.</div>
<div>Qualifications and Requirements:<br />
Bachelor&#39;s degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or<br />
another related field.<br />
4-6 years of experience in languages such as Go, React, React Native,<br />
etc.<br />
Ability to think strategically and execute with urgency.<br />
Ability to make design choices based on manageability, scalability,<br />
resiliency, and security.<br />
Desire to innovate and discover new technologies.<br />
Experience with Agile development methodologies.<br />
Strong communications and presentation skills<br />
Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, and works well in a team<br />
environment.<br />
Ability to work with minimal supervision within a team environment.</div>

Desired Skills / Experience:<br />
Full stack development in languages such as Go, React, React Native, etc.<br />
Development in ES6 JavaScript and related frameworks such as React,<br />
AngularJS, etc.<br />
Work with responsive design frameworks<br />
Mobile application development for iOS and Android<br />
Experience with microservices, SOA, and/or distributed architectures<br />
Deployments to Amazon Web Services<br />
Open-source software and dependency management<br />
Caching and in-memory database technologies<br />
Asynchronous/multi-threaded programming patterns</div>
