<li style="margin-left:15px"><b>Designation: </b> <u><b>Direct Sales, HNI and Family Office - Western Head</b></u> </li>
<li style="margin-left:15px">The incumbent must have over 8–10 years of experience in developing and executing sales strategies to drive AUM growth and achieve sales targets </li>
<li style="margin-left:15px">The incumbent will be responsible for leading direct sales strategy formulation across the HNIs and Family Offices domain, managing sales forecasts and regional budgets, pursuing key prospects, negotiating terms, and ensuring complete adherence to processes and compliance requirements while achieving AUM targets. </li>
<li style="margin-left:15px"><strong>Reporting to:</strong> National <font face="arial, sans-serif">Head, <span style="color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.9)">Banks & Wealth Segment</span> </font>- Shreyas Mantri</li>
