The platform unifies marketing and sales</p> <p>data provides clear attribution insights and helps teams optimise spend improve ROAS and make faster</p> <p>data driven decisions</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>We are looking for a performance marketing professional with 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS. The</p> <p>ideal candidate has strong expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads and can run campaigns end to end.</p> <p>Experience with Meta Ads and copywriting is a strong plus. The candidate should be managing a spend</p> <p>of around 100k dollars and must be comfortable running campaigns for the US market</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>&bull; Manage end to end performance marketing across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads</p> <p>&bull; Plan allocate and optimise a monthly performance budget of approx 100k dollars</p> <p>&bull; Build and optimise campaigns focused on US based demand generation</p> <p>&bull; Create keyword strategies audience segmentation and funnel based targeting</p> <p>&bull; Write ad copies landing page briefs and testing variations</p> <p>&bull; Run experiments across creatives messaging and audiences</p> <p>&bull; Collaborate with product marketing and sales to align messaging with ICP needs</p> <p>&bull; Track performance and present weekly and monthly insights on spend CAC and ROI</p> <p>&bull; Maintain clean dashboards and ensure accurate attribution using tools</p> <p>&bull; Stay updated on new ad formats platform changes and best practices</p> <p>Must Have Experience</p> <p>&bull; 3-8 years in performance marketing for B2B SaaS</p> <p>&bull; Strong hands on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads</p> <p>&bull; Experience managing budgets of approx 100k dollars</p> <p>&bull; Experience running campaigns for the US market</p> <p>&bull; Strong analytical skills and comfort with dashboards and attribution tools</p> <p>&bull; Ability to write clear and effective ad copy</p> <p>Good to Have</p> <p>&bull; Experience with Meta Ads</p> <p>&bull; Experience working on landing page structures and conversion messaging</p> <p>&bull; Familiarity with attribution platforms such as Factors.ai</p> <p>Location and Work Model</p> <p>&bull; Hybrid role based in Bengaluru</p>
