This includes developing and implementing<br /> sourcing strategies to optimize quality, cost, and delivery time, as well as identifying and building<br /> relationships with suppliers who can provide high-quality materials and services.</div> <div>Key Responsibilities<br /> ● Develop and implement sourcing strategies to optimize quality, cost, and delivery time for<br /> our knitwear product lines<br /> ● Identify and build relationships with suppliers who can provide high-quality materials and<br /> services for our knitwear products<br /> ● Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers to ensure the best value for the company<br /> ● Manage budgets and forecast product demand to ensure that the company has the<br /> necessary materials to meet production needs<br /> ● Ensure compliance with ethical and sustainable sourcing practices in all aspects of the<br /> sourcing process<br /> ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality control,<br /> to ensure that product specifications are met and that the products meet the company&#39;s<br /> quality standards<br /> ● Analyze key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of the sourcing team&#39;s<br /> efforts<br /> ● Manage and mentor the sourcing team, including sourcing managers, coordinators, and<br /> analysts<br /> Qualifications<br /> ● Bachelor&#39;s degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field; Master&#39;s degree<br /> preferred<br /> ● At least 10 years of experience in sourcing and procurement, with at least 5 years of<br /> experience in knitwear sourcing<br /> ● Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers<br /> ● Experience managing budgets and forecasting product demand<br /> ● Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team<br /> ● A commitment to ethical and sustainable business practices<br /> ● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making<br /> ● Familiarity with industry-specific software and tools, including SAP and PLM systems, is<br /> preferred</div>
