<div>JOB DESCRIPTION As a GM- Strategic Procurement &amp; Vendor Management, your responsibilities would be as follows: &bull; Responsible for strategic sourcing for the company. Identifying and developing key suppliers/vendors for various raw materials/hardware items within India and outside India. Reliability and sustainability of the vendors are of paramount importance. &bull; &bull; Defining and executing the vendor selection process considering the supply of quality products at the right price. Updated with market trends by effectively networking with internal / external stakeholders for driving efficiency through innovative processes and systems. &bull; &bull; Analyzing and calculating procurement costs and developing cost reduction strategies. &bull; Driving purchasing decisions based on cost and scenario analysis, as well as market trends. &bull; Conducting market research, as well as creating cost estimates and forecasts. Estimating risks and applying risk minimizing techniques, as well as negotiating contracts that comply with industry regulations. &bull; &bull; Maintaining strategic sourcing relationships and developing strong partnerships.</div> <div>&nbsp;</div> <div>EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS What we are looking for &bull; MBA/Engineering from top tier institutions with 5+ years exp vendor development and sourcing roles. &bull; Excellent negotiation skills and deep understanding of sourcing strategy. &bull; Implemented sourcing strategy in the current org or previous organizations Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. &bull; &bull; Ability to work under tight timelines and pressure. &bull; Working knowledge in BI tools, excel and financial systems.</div>
