<div> <div> <p><b>Scrabble</b>&nbsp;has been mandated to hire an&nbsp;<b>HRBP</b>&nbsp;for a well-established &amp; fast-growing Infrastructure Investment Trust. The role will be based out of<b>&nbsp;Mumbai</b>&nbsp;reporting to the Head HR.</p> <br /> <b>Responsibilities:</b><br /> <br /> - Coach managers &amp; leaders in the areas of people management, people development, managing aspirations and emotions and driving key organizational behaviours/values<br /> <br /> - Partner with talent acquisition to attract right talent for business<br /> <br /> - Ideate and drive initiatives for key talent identification and talent retention<br /> <br /> - Work with talent acquisition and operations team to create high impact experience from offer to joining and during onboarding. Plan induction for quick assimilation with organization&#39;s culture and ways of working<br /> <br /> - Enable business leaders achieve their objectives through creating performance channels, adequate reviews, and mechanisms for meaningful conversations<br /> <br /> - Ensure right organization structure is in place through manning<br /> <br /> - Partner with L&amp;D and business to create and drive learning interventions to build right behavioural and technical competencies<br /> <br /> - Create and drive exciting and meaningful reward mechanism which are aligned to overall compensation strategy of the organization<br /> <br /> - Create right and adequate communication channels in the organization for both top-down and bottom-up communication<br /> <br /> - Plan key business interventions based on organizational context and drive them across the function with defined measures.<br /> <br /> <b>Qualifications:</b><br /> <br /> - 7 to10 years of relevant experience in Infrastructure, manufacturing, power transmission or FMCG industries with an MBA degree.<br /> <br /> - Excellent stakeholder management, communication &amp; presentation skills.<br /> <br /> - Compliances understanding / Industrial Relations understanding <p>&nbsp;</p> </div> </div>
