Job Responsibilities: ● Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company. ● Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives. ● Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. ● Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. ● Provide strategic financial insights to senior management. ● Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies. ● Develop and monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators. ● Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance. Mandatory Skills: ● Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. ● Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior financial role. ● Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance. ● Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. ● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. ● Strong leadership and team management abilities. ● CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification preferred.
