Job Summary:
Frubon is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager with a strong background in the food technology domain. The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years of relevant experience in the FMCG sector, with hands-on exposure to the food industry. This role requires someone who can contribute effectively across operational and strategic initiatives while working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth functioning across departments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and product innovation.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Support in developing and executing strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Generate reports and insights for management review.
Key Requirements:
Education: Degree in Food Technology or a related field is mandatory.
Experience: 8–10 years in the FMCG sector, with a strong preference for candidates from the food industry.
Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work under pressure.

Work Details:
Shift Timings: 8 hours/day (any shift as per business requirement)
Working Days: 7 days working (weekly off will be rotational as per the roster)
