Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for Rx products, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive brand awareness and product positioning in multi-geography markets.
  • Leverage existing doctor/pharmacy networks to penetrate markets effectively.
  • Foster collaboration with sales and product development teams to ensure successful product launches.
  • Manage both online and offline marketing channels to enhance market presence (e.g., Amazon and retail outlets).
  • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to guide promotional activities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a marketing leadership role within the medtech or consumer health industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of Rx-driven business models, specifically related to orthopedic products.
  • Strong understanding of market penetration strategies and consumer behavior in healthcare.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with medical grade products such as spinal/knee braces, nebulizers, and hearing aids.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Experience with companies like Zydus, IPCA, Alkem, or Sun Pharma.
