brokerage, brokerage reconciliation, audit n compliance reports, NISM tracking, brokerage vs commitment  tracking, distributor due diligence , empanelment , distribution agreement processing, NFO specific brokerage activity, DTER vs Brokerage monitoring, distributor upgrade / downgrade activity, STR reports, Kfin communication n approvals, EOP invoice processing, reporting of mis selling cases, getting avg  pay rate, dividend calender, brokerage accural actionable, co ordination with other departments etc etc

 

JOB INTENT

The sales support role that involves brokerage calculation and analysis focuses on ensuring accurate and timely processing of commissions for distributors and providing the sales team with the necessary data and insights. He / she responsible for brokerage reco, sales forecasting, analytics, productivity and other sales support functions. Effectively manage Sales Operations expenses to ensure delivery of internal revenue goals.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Brokerages
    • Liaisoning with RTA.
    • Calculation (suggestions to Sales team on the basis of distributable TER)
    • Brokerage Structure preparation and timely communication to each concerned function &  Partners
    • Scheme profitability analysis.
    • Brokerage analysis against business.
    • B-15 brokerage analysis.
    • Handle grievances.
    • Timely information on changes to AOs and all sales concerned.
    • Brokerage funding and necessary co ordination for the same with concerned department
    • Work on BRMS
  • Performing detailed analysis of sales data, Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) additions, and redemption trends to track sales performance and profitability.
  • Ensuring that the correct commission structure (primarily the trail commission, which is linked to daily AUM/NAV) is applied and updated quarterly as per regulatory guidelines set by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) and the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI).
  • Acting as a liaison between the sales team/distributors and internal operations, compliance, or finance departments to address any commission, operational, or client service-related queries promptly.
  • Providing the sales team, relationship managers, and distributors with product information, performance reports, investment strategies, and marketing materials to aid their sales efforts.
  • Board notes.
  • Achieve the targets as set by your reporting Manager which would change from time to time and would be communicated to you as decided by the Management
  • Backend Marketing.(Report generation)
  • Assisting in streamlining sales processes and leveraging technology, such as CRM software and financial analysis tools, to enhance efficiency in tracking sales and commission data.
