ML Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in Generative AI (Gen AI), Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Deep Learning. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record working across startups, particularly in SaaS (Software as a Service) environments, and experience with the US market. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying state-of-the-art machine learning models, with a focus on innovative AI solutions that drive product capabilities and business growth.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models, particularly in Gen AI, NLP, and Deep Learning domains.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions into SaaS products and platforms.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to extract actionable insights and improve model performance.
• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in ML, AI, and related fields, applying relevant findings to real-world problems.
• Optimize and monitor deployed models for scalability, reliability, and performance in production environments.
• Document processes, algorithms, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing and future reference.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with a focus on Gen AI, NLP, and Deep Learning.
• Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and data preprocessing.
• Experience with data engineering pipelines and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in fast-paced startup environments, especially SaaS companies.
• Exposure to the US market and understanding of its business/technical landscape.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices for model deployment and monitoring.
• Knowledge of large language models (LLMs) and generative AI architectures.
• Contributions to open-source ML or AI projects.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in machine learning, preferably with exposure to Gen AI, NLP, Deep Learning, and SaaS startups.
• Experience with US-based products or markets is a plus.
