At present, <br /> Theater specializes in footwear, stockings, bags and fragrances for women. <br /> Position Overview: Financial Controller will be responsible for managing all financial activities, <br /> ensuring compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to drive business decisions. This role <br /> involves overseeing accounting operations, budgeting, and financial reporting while ensuring <br /> sustainable profitability. <br /> Key Responsibilities: <br />

1. Financial Strategy and Planning: <br /> • Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company's goals. <br /> • Provide data-driven financial insights to support strategic business decisions. <br />
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: <br /> • Lead the annual budgeting process, including forecasting revenue, expenses, and cash flow. <br /> • Monitor budget performance and recommend adjustments as needed. <br />
3. Accounting and Compliance: <br /> • Oversee all accounting operations, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and record-keeping. <br /> • Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax filings and <br /> audits. <br />
4. Financial Reporting: <br /> • Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash <br /> f<br />  low statements. <br /> • Present financial reports and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders. <br />
5. Cash Flow and Working Capital Management: <br /> • Manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and optimize working capital. <br /> • Identify opportunities to improve financial efficiency and reduce costs. <br />
6. Taxation and Audits: <br /> • Ensure proper tax planning and compliance with GST, income tax, and other relevant laws. <br /> • Coordinate with external auditors for smooth audit processes and report finalizations. <br />
7. Risk Management: <br /> • Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies. <br /> • Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and financial data. <br />
8. Team Leadership: <br /> • Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to enhance productivity and performance. <br /> • Foster a culture of accuracy, integrity, and accountability. <br />
9.
