Sitecore Senior Associate – DGCL

Job Summary

The Sitecore Senior Associate will be responsible for owning content modeling and taxonomy for a multi-brand, multilingual portal, ensuring an optimized digital experience across Arabic and English platforms. This position plays a critical role in the content management ecosystem and contributes to achieving the organization's digital strategy goals.

Responsibilities

• Own content modeling and taxonomy for a multi-brand, multilingual portal (Arabic/English).
• Configure Sitecore XMCC templates, workflows, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC); establish publishing approvals and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Define Experience Edge (GraphQL) schemas/contracts and collaborate with Next.js/React teams.
• Execute content releases using Sitecore Content Serialization (SCS) and oversee environment promotions.
• Lead the migration process from CH1/XM to XM Cloud, including mapping, redirects, validation, and quality assurance (QA).
• Enforce accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2 AA), optimize SEO metadata, and implement Open Graph and schema.org standards.
• Set up preview and localization workflows, implement language fallback strategies, and enhance authoring user experiences (UX).
• Establish governance through contribution guidelines, checklists, and content QA playbooks.
• Track content Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and analytics to improve search quality, including facets, synonyms, and reduce zero-results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8-12 years of experience in Sitecore development and content management.
• Strong knowledge of Sitecore XMCC and architecture.
• Experience with GraphQL and familiarity with Next.js/React.
• Proficient in implementing WCAG standards and SEO best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with content analytics and quality improvement methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Certification in Sitecore technology.
• Advanced understanding of content governance frameworks.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.

Experience

• 8-12 years of relevant experience in Sitecore or related content management systems.

Environment

• This role is based in Gurgaon.
