Job Summary

The Manufacturing and Business Analytics Expert will leverage over a decade of experience in manufacturing operations and engineering to drive strategic leadership initiatives. The role focuses on enhancing manufacturing productivity, improving employee relations, and implementing data-driven business insights to support organizational objectives, particularly within the automobile and electronics industries.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall manufacturing productivity across 32 manufacturing units in India, managing a project pipeline of 400 million INR.
• Lead assembly and manufacturing engineering (MDE) for new product introduction (NPI), coordinating a vendor team of over 50 personnel.
• Establish greenfield manufacturing sites for end-to-end assembly operations, achieving significant production ramp-up to 45,000 units daily.
• Optimize operating lines and capacity planning, ensuring timely delivery and quality of assemblies.
• Implement Six Sigma methodologies to enhance process quality and reduce operational costs.
• Develop and execute business plans to strategically achieve organizational targets.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Tech from IIT Madras; additional certification in Applied Business Analytics from ISB.
