Job Summary
The Manager in the Founder's Office will work closely with the Founders to drive strategic initiatives that are critical to the success of Samar Capital. With a broad scope across various functions including strategy, technology, product, and operations, this role is ideal for an individual who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with the Founders on strategic priorities.
- Drive founder-led initiatives from concept to execution.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
- Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Technology, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Build dashboards and performance reports to track progress and drive insights.
- Drive projects in AI, new business initiatives, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), expansion, and transformation.
- Act as the execution engine for the Founder's Office, ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently.
Qualifications
- Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred; strong Tier-2 candidates considered.
- Experience: 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Background: Experience in Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Consulting, Strategy, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Business Analytics, or high-growth startups.
- Skills:
- Outstanding analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in dealing with ambiguity and navigating complex business environments.
- Proficiency in influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with an execution-focused mindset.
