Job Summary

The Manager in the Founder's Office will work closely with the Founders to drive strategic initiatives that are critical to the success of Samar Capital. With a broad scope across various functions including strategy, technology, product, and operations, this role is ideal for an individual who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys solving complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Partner closely with the Founders on strategic priorities.
• Drive founder-led initiatives from concept to execution.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
• Lead cross-functional projects across Product, Technology, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
• Build dashboards and performance reports to track progress and drive insights.
• Drive projects in AI, new business initiatives, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), expansion, and transformation.
• Act as the execution engine for the Founder's Office, ensuring initiatives are delivered efficiently.

Qualifications

• Education: MBA from a Tier-1 institute preferred; strong Tier-2 candidates considered.
• Experience: 4–8 years of relevant professional experience.
• Background: Experience in Founder's Office, Chief of Staff, Consulting, Strategy, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Business Analytics, or high-growth startups.
• Skills:
  • Outstanding analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
