Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s or Ph.D. is preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in CFD, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with CFD software such as ANSYS Fluent, CFX, OpenFOAM, or similar tools.
- Proven experience in managing and delivering complex engineering projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory requirements related to CFD.
- Experience in the automotive, aerospace, or similar industries.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages and scripting for CFD tool automation.
- Certification in project management (PMP or equivalent) is a plus.
