Job Description
● Working closely with cross-functional teams to develop customised solutions to address client concerns
● Negotiating and closing enterprise deals
● Providing ongoing account assistance to ensure client satisfaction and
retention
● Attending industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date with market trends, network with prospective clients to generate leads
● Ensure constant communication with clients to upsell other products and services that complement our core oerings
● Continuously monitor and research on the competition and other players in the global market to develop a strong understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive oerings
● Collaborating with internal teams to identify potential areas of growth, new product development, and innovative solutions to streamline current processes
● Regularly updating sales and marketing materials with the latest market insights and competitive intelligence to eectively communicate the value proposition of our financial wellness solutions
What we’re looking for
● 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, private banking, wealth advisory, Fintech Startups or similar domains
● Proven track record of independently engaging, pursuing leads and closing large deals with CXO’s and other key stakeholders
● Strong understanding of financial products and industry trends
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
● Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and pain points in employee wellness programs
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, or a related field
