Job Summary

The RPA UI Path Developer will be responsible for developing and implementing robotic process automation solutions using UI Path artifacts and Power Automate .NET. This role involves full-cycle development of robots, preparing solution design documents, and integrating with various process teams. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving efficiency and streamlining business processes while ensuring security and scalability are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Develop UI Path artifacts and Power Automate .NET solutions.
• Implement at least three complete development cycles for robotic process automation.
• Prepare detailed solution design documentation.
• Utilize and implement the Robotic Enterprise (RE) Framework.
• Interface with process teams across different regions to ensure seamless project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with a strong focus on problem-solving.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in developing UI Path artifacts and Power Automate .NET solutions.
• At least 5+ years of overall experience in related fields.
• Proven experience in completing at least three full development cycles for robotic process automation.
• Strong understanding and practical knowledge of the Robotic Enterprise (RE) Framework.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with process teams from different regions.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Educational qualifications such as BTech, BSc, MTech, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP activities.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform.
• In-depth knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) strategies.
• Additional certifications in RPA or related fields will be a plus.

Experience

• 5+ years of total professional experience with a minimum of 3+ years specifically in UI Path development and RPA projects.
• Hands-on experience with multiple development cycles in robotic process automation environments.

Environment

• Locations: Pune and Indore.
• Work Mode: On-site (office-based).
• Employment Type: Contractual with Codersbrain Technology Pvt Ltd.
• Start Date: Within 15 days from the notice.
• Fast-paced, collaborative work environment requiring clear communication and teamwork across regions.

Salary

• Salary Range: 7 - 15 (details as provided; please confirm currency/format during the interview process).
