Job Summary

The Chief of Staff will serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the Founder. This role involves combining structured thinking with hands-on execution and requires a candidate who can seamlessly transition between strategic planning, business analysis, stakeholder management, and operational problem-solving. The Chief of Staff will be pivotal in driving strategic priorities, accelerating execution, and improving cross-functional alignment across the business.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Founder to drive strategic and operational initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution.
• Develop business analyses, performance dashboards, and decision-support material.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable execution plans with measurable outcomes.
• Track business performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate with functional leaders to ensure alignment on critical initiatives.
• Establish governance mechanisms to monitor progress and drive accountability.
• Support organizational planning, process improvement, and business transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a Chief of Staff or comparable strategic business role.
• Preferred experience within a consumer-facing (B2C) organization.
• Strong analytical capabilities with a structured approach to problem-solving.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
