Job Description
- Looking for an incumbent with 7-10 years of experience and a strong professional pedigree within institutional fixed income trading, preferably CFA qualified
- The candidate will be responsible for managing and executing Government Securities trades aligned with the investment objectives and regulatory framework of a General Insurance company, optimizing duration, liquidity, and ALM positioning while ensuring steady accrual and capital protection.
- The incumbent must possess a strong understanding of G-Sec markets, IRDAI investment norms, yield curve movements, liquidity management, and risk controls relevant to insurance portfolios.
- The role will report to the CIO, Aneesh Srivastav.
- Compensation is open to discussion, comprising fixed pay and performance-based variable pay.
- The talent pool will be tapped from Health and Life Insurance companies.
