About the Role We’re looking for a kickass visual storyteller who breathes filmmaking and understands the art of crafting engaging narratives through video. This person will own the entire video production process—from scripting to shooting, editing, colour grading to final delivery—bringing stories to life in ways that feel fresh, cinematic, and deeply connected to our brand. Whether it’s snappy social media content, immersive brand films, performance creatives or behind-the-scenes storytelling, you’ll be the creative force behind how Paper Boat looks and feels on screen. Key Responsibilities  End-to-end video production – scripting, shooting, editing, and colour grading.  Craft engaging brand videos, short films, and social media content.  Experiment with new storytelling techniques and trends in video content.  Ensure high-quality production with attention to detail in lighting, composition, and editing.  Collaborate with the design, marketing, and social media teams to create visually striking content.  Manage post-production workflows, ensuring timely and top-notch content delivery.  Continuously explore and adopt new tools, software, and formats for innovative visual storytelling. What We’re Looking For  Proven experience in filmmaking, video production, or content creation for brands.  A visual storyteller with a strong grasp of scripting, editing, and color grading.
