Role Overview
The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of brand initiatives across product development, marketing campaigns, collaborations, and operational workflows. This role requires someone who can coordinate across multiple teams, manage timelines, anticipate roadblocks, and ensure projects are delivered with precision and creative excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Coordination
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with brand objectives.
- Create detailed project plans, schedules, and workflow structures.
- Coordinate with design, marketing, production, sales, and external partners.
Execution & Delivery
- Ensure all project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and to brand standards.
- Track progress, identify bottlenecks, and proactively resolve issues.
- Oversee product development timelines, sampling cycles, approvals, and launches.
Cross-Functional Communication
- Facilitate smooth and consistent communication among internal teams.
- Prepare weekly progress reports and timelines for leadership.
- Lead project review meetings and status check-ins.
Vendor & Partner Management
- Liaise with manufacturers, suppliers, agencies, and collaborators.
- Manage contracts, deliverables, and production schedules.
Process Optimization
- Improve internal workflows, documentation, and project management systems.
- Introduce best practices for productivity, quality control, and team alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Design Management, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Producer, or Operations Lead (creative or product-based industry preferred).
- Strong organizational, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, Monday.com, etc.).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Detail-oriented, resourceful, and solution-driven.
