Job Title: Product Development – Insurance

Location: Mumbai

 

Job Description:

• Identify consumer needs and market gap to design and develop new products
• Improve existing product offering and customer experience
• Develop strategy and product roadmap to enhance segment structure, pricing and commercials
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to create a win-win solution
• Collaborate and ensure timely launch of products as per plan
• Ensure ongoing implementation of product lifecycle (concept, design, launch, efficacy)

 

Prior Work Experience:

• Should have worked with a general insurance company for minimum of 5 years in the capacity of developing new products
• Experience of co-ordination with functional heads
• Ability to influence the decision makers to develop products as per business needs

 

Functional Competence:

• Regulatory knowledge on product side
• Product pricing knowhow
• Understanding of product, actuary and underwriting nuances

 

Preferred Skills

• Good drafting, communication and presentation skills;
• Ability to work in a challenging and dynamic environment and multi-tasking skills;
• Solution orientated;
• Skillful in planning tasks and able to prioritize work and ability to think strategically;
