<p>Kulfilicious is looking for a dynamic and motivated <strong>Institutional Sales Manager</strong> to join our team. This role will focus on business development, acquiring new clients, and driving corporate sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our customer base, particularly in the food service sector, and ensuring consistent growth in sales while maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.</p>
<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<li><strong>Business Development:</strong> Identify and onboard new clients, focusing on the restaurant and hospitality industry to expand the reach of Kulfilicious products.</li>
<li><strong>Corporate Sales:</strong> Engage in corporate sales, build relationships with potential clients, and work to close deals that align with the company's objectives.</li>
<li><strong>Sampling and Product Customization:</strong> Travel to restaurants and chefs to present product samples, introduce new items, and offer customized solutions that cater to specific customer requirements.</li>
<li><strong>Client Relationship Management:</strong> Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business.</li>
<li><strong>Market Expansion:</strong> Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities.</li>
<li><strong>Sales Targets:</strong> Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by the management, contributing to the company's revenue growth.</li>
<li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and offer innovative solutions to clients.</li>

<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>

<li><strong>Experience:</strong> Minimum 1-5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record in business development, corporate sales, or institutional sales, preferably in the food or beverage industry.</li>
