Job Summary

We are hiring a ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) and Enterprise Architecture (EA) modules. The ideal candidate will have 10–17 years of overall experience, including strong hands-on implementation and architecture design in the ServiceNow ecosystem. This role is crucial in transforming business strategies into scalable solutions that align with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions focusing on SPM and EA modules.
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate business strategies into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Provide technical leadership across design, configuration, customization, and integration.
• Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, platform capabilities, and future roadmaps.
• Conduct solution reviews and provide guidance on performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Drive stakeholder workshops, architecture documentation, and governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience architecting ServiceNow implementations for SPM and EA modules.
• Strong understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Demand, Resource, and Financial Management within ServiceNow.
• Expertise in data modeling, ServiceNow architecture patterns, and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) integration.
• Hands-on experience in scripting (JavaScript, Glide), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Certification in ServiceNow modules related to SPM and EA.

Experience

10–17 years of overall experience, with a strong focus on ServiceNow implementations.
