3. Key Roles

The PMC Manager is responsible for generating production plans to meet
sales forecasts. Key responsibilities include:
 Developing assembly production schedules and coordinating
machinery, personnel, and equipment requirements.
 Collaborating with production teams to ensure plans are completed
on time.
 Conducting data analysis, generating reports, and identifying areas
for improvement.
 Managing material planning, tracking arrivals, making necessary
adjustments, and analyzing inventory to maintain optimal levels.

4. Main Responsibility

1. Update material demand forecasts based on sales forecasts and
develop material requirement plans, machine production schedules,
and personnel demand plans.
2. Adjust production plans promptly according to requirements, track
order completion and delivery, monitor material status, and provide
feedback on production sequence changes to meet customer
delivery needs.
3. Summarize and analyze actual UPPH (units per person hour)
against the planned UPPH, come up with improvement plans, and
adjust production lines and plans as needed.
4. Use the BOM to summarize and analyze material demand,
consumption, and inventory levels, as well as finished product
forecasts, production, and consumption, to balance inventory and
output.
5. Calculate safety stock, analyze overdue inventory, address
stagnant and excess inventory, and maintain reasonable inventory
levels.
6. Collaborate with various departments to collect data, generate and
analyze reports, and ensure the accuracy of all data provided.

5. Qualification/
Experience/ Skills

Education:
 College degree or higher
Experience:
 Over 8 years of experience in material and production planning,
including at least 3 years in a supervisory role; experience in the
packaging industry is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
 Strong skills in logical thinking, data analysis, teamwork, integrity,
and enthusiasm.
 Detail-oriented, responsible, patient, and able to work effectively
under high-pressure conditions.
 Proficient in Office software, including Excel, Word, and
PowerPoint.
