Job Description

What You Will Do
• Lead the structural design and optimization of key components such as the frame,
chassis, and suspension systems for electric motorbikes.
• Utilize advanced simulation tools (e.g., FEA) to conduct structural analysis and
ensure designs meet stringent performance and safety standards.
• Innovate lightweight yet robust structural solutions that improve vehicle
performance and eXiciency.
• Select and validate structural components, focusing on a balance between weight,
strength, cost, and environmental impact.
• Oversee the prototyping of structural components, ensuring that prototypes are
built to specification and tested rigorously.
• Develop and execute comprehensive testing plans, including durability, fatigue,
crashworthiness, and environmental testing, to validate the performance of
structural designs.
• Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless
integration of structural components into the overall vehicle design.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to optimize design for
manufacturability (DFM), design for assembly (DFA), and design for service (DFS),
and ensure scalability in production.
• Ensure all structural designs comply with relevant industry standards and
regulations, particularly those related to vehicle safety.
• Maintain detailed documentation of design processes, analysis results, and testing
outcomes to support design validation and manufacturing.

• 8+ years of experience in structural engineering within the automotive, electric
vehicle, or motorbike industries.
• Proven track record of leading the design and development of structural systems for
high-quality vehicles.
• Experience in designing for tough road environments, with a focus on durability and
longevity in challenging conditions.
• Experience designing for highly cost-sensitive products.
• Proficiency in CAD and CAE tools (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA, ANSYS) for structural
design and analysis.
• Experience with crashworthiness, impact testing, and structural integrity analysis.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in guiding cross-functional teams.
• Excellent project management skills, with a history of delivering complex
engineering projects on time and within budget.
