Position: Growth Leader - Insurance Vertical
Location: Mumbai, India
Role Overview: We are seeking an entrepreneurial Growth Leader to spearhead the
development and rapid scaling of our new insurance vertical. This role demands a strategic
thinker with a robust understanding of the insurance market and a proven ability to execute
growth initiatives from ground up. You will lead efforts to build trust and drive engagement
through targeted content and robust sales strategies, directly influencing our success in this
new vertical.
Key Responsibilities:
● Content and Trust Building: Develop and execute a content strategy that educates
and engages our target demographic, establishing GrayQuest as a trusted leader in
insurance products.
● Demand Generation for Insurance Products: Design and implement targeted
campaigns to introduce insurance offerings to parents within our network,
emphasizing the value and relevance to their specific needs.
● Sales Strategy and Execution: Craft compelling sales pitches and develop a
standardized sales playbook tailored to the insurance products. Ensure tools and
systems are in place to streamline the sales process and enhance customer
experience.
● Conversion Optimization: Oversee the entire sales funnel from awareness to
purchase, implementing strategies to maximize conversion rates. This includes
refining touch points and interactions to build customer confidence and ease of
purchase.
● Analytics and Adaptation: Utilize analytics to track campaign performance and
customer engagement. Rapidly adapt strategies based on data insights to optimize
growth and reach.
Qualifications:
● Demonstrated success in building and leading growth initiatives, preferably in a
startup or new product launch context.
● Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in using data to inform and drive marketing
and sales strategies.
● Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire a team and
collaborate effectively across functions.
