Angular Lead

Job Summary

The Angular Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of web applications using Angular and associated technologies. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background in front-end frameworks and a proven ability to guide and mentor a team. The Angular Lead will ensure best practices are followed and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions to meet organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using Angular.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Utilize RxJS for reactive programming within Angular applications.
  • Maintain and improve codebase quality, ensuring maintainability and scalability.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on Angular.
  • Advanced proficiency in Angular development.
  • Strong experience with RxJS in Angular projects.
  • Proficient in Tailwind CSS, HTML, and CSS.
  • Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in leading technical teams or projects.
  • Knowledge of state management libraries for Angular (e.g., NgRx).
  • Familiarity with RESTful API integration and web services.
  • Awareness of modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Exposure to unit testing frameworks for Angular (e.g., Jasmine, Karma).

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in front-end or Angular development.
  • Proven track record of working on large-scale, complex web applications.
  • Experience in a leadership or senior developer role is highly desirable.
