Angular Lead
Job Summary
The Angular Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of web applications using Angular and associated technologies. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong technical background in front-end frameworks and a proven ability to guide and mentor a team. The Angular Lead will ensure best practices are followed and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions to meet organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of web applications using Angular.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, conducting code reviews and ensuring adherence to coding standards.
- Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Utilize RxJS for reactive programming within Angular applications.
- Maintain and improve codebase quality, ensuring maintainability and scalability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in front-end development with a focus on Angular.
- Advanced proficiency in Angular development.
- Strong experience with RxJS in Angular projects.
- Proficient in Tailwind CSS, HTML, and CSS.
- Solid understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in leading technical teams or projects.
- Knowledge of state management libraries for Angular (e.g., NgRx).
- Familiarity with RESTful API integration and web services.
- Awareness of modern CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Exposure to unit testing frameworks for Angular (e.g., Jasmine, Karma).
Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in front-end or Angular development.
- Proven track record of working on large-scale, complex web applications.
- Experience in a leadership or senior developer role is highly desirable.
