<div>Our understanding for&nbsp;<b><u>Regional Head - Kerala &amp; TN</u></b>&nbsp;is as follows -&nbsp;</div> <div> <ul> <li>Looking for incumbents with more than 15 years of prior experience working within Asset Management space and comes with a proven track record of mutual fund sales through Channel management (Banks &amp; ND experience is a must)</li> <li>The incumbent shall be responsible for driving sales and increasing the market share in Tamilnadu &amp; Kerala - Trivandrum, Kochi &amp; Thrissur, so experience with multiple markets is preferred.</li> <li>The role reports&nbsp;to the Co-Head for Retail Sales.&nbsp;</li> <li>Compensation: Fixed: 35-40 lakhs and Variable Pay: 30-35%. ESOP policy is yet to be finalised.</li> <li>Ideally looking for a seasoned mature professional given the existing team of 9 is very experienced.&nbsp;</li> <li>The role is based out of Chennai.</li> </ul> </div> <br /> &nbsp;
