Job Description
Our understanding for Regional Head - Kerala & TN is as follows -
- Looking for incumbents with more than 15 years of prior experience working within Asset Management space and comes with a proven track record of mutual fund sales through Channel management (Banks & ND experience is a must)
- The incumbent shall be responsible for driving sales and increasing the market share in Tamilnadu & Kerala - Trivandrum, Kochi & Thrissur, so experience with multiple markets is preferred.
- The role reports to the Co-Head for Retail Sales.
- Compensation: Fixed: 35-40 lakhs and Variable Pay: 30-35%. ESOP policy is yet to be finalised.
- Ideally looking for a seasoned mature professional given the existing team of 9 is very experienced.
- The role is based out of Chennai.
