About The Role :

 

This role is about building the brand SuperBottoms in channels which are beyond the current D2C and Marketplaces.

This includes Baby Trade, GT, Hospitals, and any other relevant channels.

  • The Head of Offline marketing will be the custodian of all marketing for offline channel and will and oversee the workflow from the project kick-off, GTM through to completion.
  • The role will need a mix of strategic level thinking to build this new channel and also an execution level mindset to ensure that the strategy is executed in detail.
  • Experimentation and thinking industry-first ideas are not just welcome but essential.

 

 

Responsibilities :

 

    • Leading the currently active offline channels and scaling them up fast - baby trade, kiosks, channel partners, and few MTs
    • Conceptualizing other channel strategies and executing them diligently initially via agencies or lean teams to reach a critical mass
    • Experimenting with different ideas on ways to market to these channels 
    • The person in charge of this channel will be responsible for delivering on the P&L for it 
    • Building and maintaining relationships with all stakeholders while representing the company positively 
    • Managing a clean business from sale to collection

 

Qualifications and other Requirements :

 

  • 8-10 years' experience in offline marketing across strong iconic and premium brands.
  • Direct knowledge of creating strategies for retail marketing, brand events and community marketing. - Additional knowledge on interactive marketing concepts & technologies - web, search, social media, event management, community & mobile will be helpful.
  • Experience in developing creative and strategically effective campaigns
  • Highly self-motivated, organized and professional, including the ability to work independently and partner effectively within and outside of immediate team to achieve desired results
  • Results driven, attention to detail and follow-through, and ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution
  • Excellent social and communication skills

 

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, communications, public relations or related discipline
