Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Dynamics 365 leader to establish and scale our CRM delivery capability in India. As our India Principal, you will lead end-to-end technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics projects for sports and entertainment clients globally. You’ll be responsible for building a high-performing team, embedding delivery standards, and ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions across Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, and Power Platform.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a build-phase environment, is confident delivering for global teams, and wants to shape the long-term future of our Indian capability.

Responsibilities

Build and lead Dynamics CRM delivery capability in India, manage projects, and scale team. (Check for prior Experience)
Dynamics 365 (Sales, CE), Power Platform, Agile Delivery, Solution Design
End-to-end Dynamics CRM delivery, team leadership, project governance ( Power Platform - 2 Weeks)
CRM, Consulting, Sports/Entertainment clients
