Job Summary

The Team Leader - Content Development will be responsible for managing a team involved in creating and analyzing content related to various projects. Responsibilities

• Incorporate feedback from Language Learning Model (LLM) performance into training data creation.
• Conduct thorough research and analytical assessments to support content quality and relevance.
• Communicate effectively in English, maintaining high standards of written communication for documentation and presentations.
• Commit to a 40-hour work week, with a focus on meeting deadlines and project objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a team leader with 2+ years of relevant management experience.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in content development, business analysis, consulting, or similar projects.
• Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and research skills are essential.
• Proficiency in handling structured file types such as TSV, JSON, HTML, XML, and Markdown.
• Prior experience in case study writing, academic content, or research assistance is highly desirable.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in incorporating LLM performance feedback into training data creation is a strong plus.
• Previous knowledge of AI technologies and familiarity with cutting-edge AI projects would be beneficial.
