Key Responsibilities
1. Own end-to-end execution, measurement, reporting and optimization of Google Facebook campaigns with
goals to increase transactions, new users, acquired via Ad manager and AdWords
2. Responsible for the vision, strategy, and execution of acquisition campaigns across all the digital platforms
like Facebook, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, Outbrain, Bing, etc.)
3. Execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns including strategy, ad creation, bidding, budgeting,
optimization, and reporting
4. Consistently monitoring campaign performance and results, and sharing these results with the creative and
strategic teams along with recommendations to further optimize content
5. Budget planning & ensuring the budget is wisely allocated across different marketing channels to achieve
maximum ROI
6. Forecast monthly, quarterly, annual acquisition numbers and costs.
7. Planning and running AB tests for all necessary creatives in the most efficient manner
8. Partner with the creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative
and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches
9. Handling social media accounts, designing social media calendar, briefing the content and design teams, stay
up to date with social trends and create quality content.
10. Work on creative strategy, come up with ad ideas, and execute them with the help of creative and content
teams.
Skills
1. 7-10 years of experience in Digital Marketing developing and implementing digital marketing strategies
2. Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or
display advertising campaigns
3. Knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices
4. 3-5 years of experience on Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, and CRM software
5. Should have managed 1 Cr+ monthly Performance Marketing Budgets
6. Should be analytically strong and a strategic thinker
7. Experience and ability to manage scale (strong knowledge of organized players (Facebook/Google etc) and
Affiliate platforms as well as experience to build fresh Acquisition sources by challenging the status quo.
Qualification
1. Degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field is a plus(not required)
